A Case of Atrial Tachycardia Originating from the Ligament of Marshall with Migration of the Earliest Atrial Activation

Abstract
A 50-year-old man was admitted for an electrophysiological study (EPS) and radiofrequency ablation (RF) for supraventricular tachycardia. Atrial tachycardia (AT) with the earliest atrial activation at the distal coronary sinus was revealed in the EPS. The earliest atrial activation of AT migrated along the suspected pathway of the ligament of Marshall. Finally, AT was terminated by RF application inferior to the left inferior pulmonary vein (LIPV), which was later than the earliest atrial activation of AT
